1. When is the event? - The first weekend of May, October & December!

The upcoming event runs on October 6th from 10 am to 7 pm and October 7th from 10 am to 4 pm (Central Standard Time).

2. Is there an admission fee? How much is it?

- Admission is $10 per person, $7 for military and senior citizens, $5 for kids aged 4 to 12, and free for children 3 and under.

3. Why is there a fee for kids?

- This fall, we're offering a fantastic Fall Fun on the Farm experience during the barn sale, including a corn maze, pumpkin patch, duck race, petting zoo, slides, and more. The admission fee for kids aged 4-12 covers access to these exciting activities.

4. Where is the farm located, and how do I get there?

- Our address is 2258 Henson Road, Red Boiling Springs, TN 37150. For GPS directions, [click here] ( if you're coming from East TN/Crossville, TN, and [click here] ( if you're coming from Nashville, TN.

5. Is there ample parking available at the farm?

- Yes, we have parking fields adjacent to the farm, and our golf cart attendants will shuttle you from the parking lots for your convenience.

6. What types of vendors will be at the marketplace event?

- We have a diverse range of vendors, including boutiques, home décor, jewelry, candles, handmade crafts, antiques, food trucks, and more. There's something for everyone!

7. Will there be food and drinks available on-site?

- Absolutely! We have fantastic food trucks and snack vendors located throughout the event.

8. Can I bring my pets?

- Yes, you can bring your pets as long as they are on a leash in accordance with TN leash laws.

9. Are restrooms and facilities accessible?

- Yes, we have seven restrooms conveniently located in the middle of the fun, including a handicap/family restroom with amenities for nursing mothers and baby changing.

10. Will there be live entertainment or activities?

- Yes, we have live music!

11. What payment methods do vendors accept?

- Vendors prefer cash, but they also have the option to accept credit card payments with available Wi-Fi. It's a good idea to carry cash as a backup.

12. Can I bring my own shopping bags or baskets?

- Yes, you can bring your reusable bags. Additionally, if you make purchases from five or more of our vendors, you'll receive a beautiful large reusable bag as a gift!

13. Are there shaded areas or seating?

- Yes, we have multiple shaded sitting areas throughout the marketplace.

14. Are there local or handmade products for sale?

- Many of our vendors offer local and handmade products. Your support means the world to these small businesses!

15. Can I meet the farmers or artisans behind the products?

- Absolutely, they're on-site!

16. Are there rules for interacting with farm animals?

- Please wash your hands after interacting with animals and exercise caution when around live animals.

17. Can I bring outside food and drinks?

- No, outside alcohol or food and drinks are not allowed.

18. What if it rains? Is the event rain or shine?

- The event is rain or shine, with most vendors inside our barns. We also have a food tent for shelter.

19. Are there rest areas for families with young children?

- Yes!

20. Are there workshops, demonstrations, or activities during the event?

- Yes, we have a basket weaving class on October 7th, and our artisans are demonstrating their craft throughout the marketplace, located in the historic red barn. Don't miss them!
