We are so excited about our upcoming fall barn sale October 19 & 20, 2018. We have even more in store for this barn sale and we want to thank you all for your feedback from the spring sale. You all have amazing ideas and we plan to implement them for our fall sale!
We now have our fall applications available and wanted to send them to you, our most trusted vendors. We are already having a lot of interest and applications being sent in but wanted to make sure to give you, the vendors who were with us for our first show, an opportunity to go ahead and lock in your booth space for the fall sale.
If you would like to participate in the fall sale please fill out the application and email or mail it to us. We will send invoices out at a later date. Please also note that there have been some minor changes to the layout and while we would like to place you where you prefer, we cannot guarantee placement for the fall sale, but will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Q: How soon will I know if my application has been accepted?
A: Please allow us through the application deadline to process all applications. You will be notified by phone or email regarding the status of your application.
Q: Can I choose my own location at the sale?
A: Spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Please let us know any specific requests you may have. We will do our best to provide you with the location requested if available.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: A Southern Marketplace will be a rain or shine event. Most all of our booth spaces are under roof. A full payment is due with your signed contract. Your payment is considered a deposit and will secure your spot at the barn sale. All deposits are non-refundable.
Q: What payment options do you accept?
A: We will gladly accept personal checks made out to Acres of Grace Farms. Paypal is also accepted.
