A BARN SALE EXPERIENCE LIKE NO OTHER...
Would you like to take a step back, slow down, breathe in the fresh air while going back in time just a bit where community was everything? Have you ever wondered how folks survived without electricity, running water, wifi, and still raised large families? That’s what we want to offer you at A Southern Marketplace.
We want to invite you to come to our farm, see our heritage of how our grandparents farmed to survive while leaving a legacy to pass down through the generations. See horse drawn farm implements along with the newest of farming equipment on one of our guided farm tours. See, touch, smell, and feel farm fresh items from our garden. Join us for a farm to table dinner to experience all home grown all-natural food fresh off our farm.
And our favorite part is sharing with you over 50 amazing and unique vendors offering a variety of handcrafted items for sale. Come see basket weaving and a blacksmith at work. Enjoy home baked goods, great food, and some amazing shopping for all ages while listening to live music. It’s an event you’re sure not to miss.
Come join us for a fall barn sale May 31 and June 1, 2019, at Acres of Grace Farms in Red Boiling Springs, TN. Join us for shopping, good eats, a log home and farm tour! We can’t wait to see you there! A Southern Marketplace Barn Sale is an event for all ages. This barn sale is hosted on our farm, Acres of Grace Farms, located at 2258 Henson Road in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee.
For our fall barn sale we are hosting a farm to table dinner and a car show and swap meet too!

I want to introduce you to our event coordinator, Molly Hix Cooper. Molly has been a stay-at-home mom for the last 10 years for her husband, Kendall, and two boys, Whit and Wyatt. She currently works with me at Honest Abe Log Homes, where she has been involved in multiple roles and tasks.
Her father Mark Hix ran a dry-in crew early on with Honest Abe, so she grew up in a home where building and making things beautiful were a priority. Molly and her family also host the Hagantor, a motocross race hosting thousands of attendees. She graduated from UT Knoxville with her Masters in Communication Studies and later went back to ETSU for a degree in Interior Design. She loves the Lord, her family and being out on the farm where she lives. We are looking forward to what Molly will bring to our Southern Marketplace Barn Sale! I’m sure you all will love her as much as we do!
Your Hostess, April Smith Patterson
